Tall and trimly-muscled, Phelan presents an image of flexibility and quick response. His dark hair brushes his shoulders and is styled waved back from his face. He has a short beard and mustache, lending him a sort of rogue-ish appearance. The playfulness in his bright green eyes adds to that impression. |
